Overseas Trademark Application

There are two ways to apply for a trademark in a foreign country: a direct trademark application for individual countries,
or a simultaneous international trademark registration in multiple countries with a single application under the Madrid system.

Direct trademark application for individual countries

in which the trademark is to be registered through the agent of the country seeking protection of the trademark right
